We make pelmeni, vareniki and home-style dishes by hand, in small batches, on dough mixed the same day. No preservatives, no flavour enhancers — meat, vegetables, flour, water and salt.
We freeze them right after shaping, so they reach your kitchen as if freshly made: fifteen minutes in the pot and dinner is ready.
